I wrote a new version of the "dump_16" routine to work in protected mode and to print the results to the graphic screen using my own system font, as you can see. Again, I had to simulate this with Bitmap Font Writer because I still don't have a "dump screen to floppy" routine in place yet. (See my entry: Hex dump revisited.)
